Our Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with ShadowCheck. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds under the following conditions.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal. To be eligible for a refund, you must not have used more than 3 analyses during the billing period.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@shadowcheck.io with your account email and reason for the refund. We will process your request within 3-5 business days.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if more than 7 days have passed since purchase, if the account has been used extensively, or if the account was terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing period.
