3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account credentials or use the service for any illegal purposes.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Pro and Agency plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@shadowcheck.io for refund requests.

5. Limitations

ShadowCheck provides analysis based on available data. We do not guarantee specific results or growth outcomes. YouTube algorithm changes may affect analysis accuracy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of ShadowCheck are owned by ShadowCheck and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. YouTube API Services

ShadowCheck uses YouTube API Services to provide channel analytics and insights. By using ShadowCheck, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

YouTube data accessed through ShadowCheck is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. We comply with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and YouTube API Services Developer Policies.

ShadowCheck is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google LLC. You may revoke access to your data at any time through your Google Security Settings.
